48th Annual Great Pumpkin Hunt, Saturday Oct 18th, 9am to 12pm
🎃What is the Great Pumpkin Hunt?
Every year, the Parks and Recreation Commissioners hide pumpkins at various locations all around town. These locations include: Glen Lake Kindergarten, Mountain View Middle School, Maple Ave. Elementary School, Bartlett Elementary School, Roy Park, Barnard Park, the Parks and Recreation building, the library, and the town common! There are over 200 pumpkins that are going to be hidden. If you are at a location and don’t see any, be sure to look in tricky spots, the commissioners are very good at hiding them!
🎃What do I do if I find a pumpkin?
If you are lucky enough to find a pumpkin with our special tag on it, grab the tag, and come us find us downtown. We will trade you the tag for a big bag of Halloween candy! The pumpkin is yours to keep!
🎃When is the hunt?
The Great Pumpkin Hunt is going to take place on Saturday, October 18th. You may start hunting as soon as the sun comes up. You can redeem the tags at our Parks and Recreation booth downtown from 9am to 12pm.
